The COA is a Full member of the OIA. Association of US-trained DOs who have moved or returned to Canada. The AOA has worked closely with the COA over the past several years to expand the acceptance of osteopathic physicians in Canada. The President of the COA currently sits on both the AOA’s Council on International Osteopathic Medical Education and Affairs (CIOMEA) and Osteopathic International Alliance (OIA) Steering Committee.
